Definition:

Thanks for the tip. I plotted the chart. This person is truly horrible. I'll give one similar statistic. Planets like venus, mars and mercury in 11th are under heavy malefic influence, moon is under malefic influence, rahu in pisces. The girl takes advice from evil people in her life and screws her own life up, undecisive about everything, cheats in relationship when schemed by another guy. Name change is a great solution as it takes all the screw-ups in the chart and reflects them internally, will suppress it externally to a considerable extent.
