Variation in Vimsottari dasa as per Lomesh Samhita

There is some variation regarding Vimsottari dasa in Lomesh Samhita which is as follows.

Vimsottari dasa I : starting from Kritika Nakshatra : condition :- Lagna in Moon's hora and Shukla paksha.


Vimsottari dasa II : starting from Ardra Nakshatra : condition :- Lagna in Sun's hora and Krishna paksha.


Shodasottari Dasa : Starting Pushyadi Nakshtra : condition :- Moon's hora krishna paksha or sun's hora shukla paksha.

This all facility of computing is present in Jhora.
we can check these dasa working practically for 10 different charts for marriage dates, child born dates, job joining date mainly at initial level.
This is my humble suggestion.

Yogas with adjacent house lords Lomesh Samhita

These yogas are not found easily in other classical text.

Twelve Yogas formed with mutual exhange of adjacent house lords from Lomesh Samhita.

Sl	Yoga Name	Mutual exchange of
1.	Pushkala Labha (enormous gains)	1st and 2nd House
2.	Rajamrityu (death in royal place)	2nd and 3rd house
3.	Amatya (minister ship)	3rd and 4th house
4.	Daruna Karma (harsh deeds)	4th and 5th house
5.	Raja Yoga (kingly combination)	5th and 6th house
6.	Roga (disease)	6th and 7th house
7.	Priya - Mriti  (gain of beloved – death)	7th and 8th house
8.	Bhagyavyaya (loss of luck)	8th and 9th house
9.	Rajyoga (kingly combination)	9th and 10th house
10.	Bhumidravya  (wealth related to land)	10th and 11th house
11.	Rinavyaya (expenditure of debt)	11th and 12th house
12.	Vittahani  (loss of wealth)	12th and 1st house.

When the lords exchange places or are placed together in the same house or if they aspect each other fully or in the same varga then they give rise to these yogas. If weak then they do not give rise to these yogas. If cojoined with enemies or of weak or if aspected or conjoined malefics then they do not give rise to these yogas. If placed in the 12^th,8^th,6^th or 11^th houses or if cojoined with their lords or if their lords are in these houses then also the yoga is not created. If retrograde then also the Raja, Amatya etc yoga are destroyed.

Please note the point number 4 that exchange of 4th and 5th house lords does not create Raja Yoga instead it is mentioned for exchange of 5th and 6th lord.

Special rules for retrograde planet from Lomesh Samhita

Here i am posting the Verses from Lomesh Samhita which gives some special rules for retrograde planet which are not found elsewhere in any classical text.

If retrograde then Mars gives the result of the house 4th to it, retrograde Mercury of the house 4th to it, retrograde Jupiter of the house 5th to it, retrograde Venus of the house 7th to it, retrograde Saturn of the house 9th to it. When at the equinox, Sun gives the result of the house second to it and Moon gives its own results.

If Retrograde	Gives Results of
Mercury	4th House from it.
Mars	4th House from it.
Venus	7th House from it.
Jupiter	5th House from it.
Saturn	9th House from it.
If in Equinox	Gives Result of
Sun	2th House from it.
Moon	Own house result

I request all the astrologers to check this rare dictum.

Sun is in Equinox on 21 March that when Sun is in 6 degree Pisces similarly Moon in 6 degree Pisces.





Applied on one chart  which came to my mind immediately :

In this Leo Lagna chart, Mars is alone in 10H and Retro. [so Mars will indicate the results from 4th from it, that is Lagna]

The Mahadasa of Mars is started on 10th June 2012 and this person met a very serious accident on 7th June 2012, 4am. He had serious injury on head and neck and was in ICU for many days. His driving partner got died on spot. The above person got injury on head n neck only, not in other parts of body not even a scratch. While the person sitting next to him in his car broke his both legs.

Hence it looks that Mars is giving the result of 1H, Injury on head ?


 If, otherwise, use 360 days a year as traditional astrologers used it.
