In the horoscope :

Dominance of male planets means governed by logic.
Dominance of female planets means governed by heart.

Moreover, here Rahu and Ketu plays the major role and can turn the above equation opposite.

For eg if female planets is associated with Rahu, than logic will govern and if males planets is associated with Ketu than heart could be dominant.

Now considering all factors , assessment can be done.

Venus significator for Palmistry

I have noticed in the horoscope of professional Palmist; are having strong Venus trines to Lagna (ascendent) or Lagnesh (lord of ascendent) or Moon.
Venus aspecting Lagna or Moon shows very good interest in palmistry.

significance of body part flickering \ shivering ; अंग क्यों फडकते है ?

The above picture depicts shivering of body due to low temperature but what i am speaking is of something else. The shivering or flickering of any body part area has lot of significance in pointing out some forecast related to native. This system is also systematically developed by our Rishis.

I have seen that there is many astrological significance on the shivering or flickering of body parts.

I have got some slokas or doha on this system and am putting up few Dohas explaining the reasons why body parts shiver.
The commentary of these dohas is exclusively done by me hence its my responsibility for any mistake or wrong selection of words.

Physics and astrology

Astrology is an ancient divine science based on astronomical facts and its effects on human life's on earth.

All the planets are just solid masses with some Gravitational effect. 

Nowadays Radio Waves plays a major role in communication .Radio waves comes under electromagnetic spectrum which includes light waves also.

Light waves can be told as sustainer of life on earth by giving energy for photosynthesis. Are light waves the only rays which can be told as sustainer of life?

Some of the radio waves also can affect the life of human beings. This article is trying to explain that aspect.

RADIOWAVES AND NMR SPECTROSCOPY

                  

Following are some of the known or proven concepts which can be used for the further discussion.       

·                    DNA and RNA are NMR (Nuclear Magnetic Resonance imaging) active.

·                    Earth has a magnetic field of about 1/10000 Tesla.

·                    Radio waves come from outer space (especially from sun, Jupiter, Venus, etc).

·                    Frequency for NMR spectra is given by

∆E/h= | g βn Bz | / h, where

ΔE is energy

βn is Bohr magneton

Bz is magnetic field

h is Planks constant

g=G m p/M, where

G is a numerical factor known as Lande splitting factor

m is the protonic mass

M is the mass of nucleus

p is the number of protons

g is the characteristic of each nuclei, and this factor has values up to about six and is positive for nearly all known nuclei.

NMR is a spectroscopic technique. The NMR experiment consists of the measurement of the intensity of absorption (or emission) of electromagnetic radiation at each frequency over a specific range. The electromagnetic radiation corresponds with the spin of the atomic nucleus in a magnetic field.  If the value of the spin quantum number is a half –integer of a nucleus, for example the nuclei of hydrogen, phosphorous, carbon 13...etc, the electromagnetic radiation will correspond with those nuclei.

Experimental observation shows that DNA is NMR active.

In the case of living beings on Earth, they are in a magnetic field of 1/10000 Tesla. In this magnetic field if an electromagnetic wave of frequency | g βn Bz | / h reach on Earth the DNA in the living beings on earth would correspond with this much frequency.

That is a transition of nuclear spins between energy levels may be associated with the absorption of energy from the electromagnetic waves in the above said frequency.

Giving values in the equation for frequency,

h=6.63*10^-34

βn = 5.05*10^-27

Bz=10^-5 Tesla, the earth’s magnetic field.        

Then ΔE / h=|g βn Bz| /h.

For ΔE / h, we would get the corresponding frequency in kilo hertz range. This is a low frequency radio wave.

EFFECT OF SPIN-SPIN COUPLING & CHEMICAL SHIFT

If radio waves with this much frequency reach on earth, the DNA of living beings would correspond with this wave. That is nuclear spin energy of DNA will change. This change in DNA of living beings can affect its characteristics.  The energy or frequency with which nuclei correspond depends on chemical shift and spin-spin coupling. Spin-spin coupling is interaction of nuclei nearby. Chemical shift is due to diamagnetic property of molecule. That is the corresponding frequency depends on the chemical compound and chemical structure of molecule (DNA). That is the inherited gene. That is the resonance frequency depends on chemical compound and the direction of magnetic field (that is the place where the living being lives). For a radio wave, it will not take much time to change from one longitude to other. But at each place declination is different. That is the direction of earth’s magnetic field changes from place to place.

This change of energy of spin does not happen to all the nuclei in a molecule. According to the radiation energy available and the direction of earths magnetic field and the chemical structure of DNA molecule (inherited gene) this change in spin energy happen to certain nuclei (whose frequency correspond or resonate with the radio frequency field outside).

This changes the characteristics of the living being. According to that its life builds up because DNA bears all the characteristics of living being.

It is known from human genome map, of the three billion letters, only 1.5% of our genome is associated with protein synthesis. The function of the rest is not clearly known. It is believed that genes act as a bio computer. The function of junk DNA was not known clearly for years. It is known from the experiments of Russian scientists that they interact with radio waves. 99.9% of all the people have same nucleotide bases in our DNA. Then why we are so different?

THE SOURCE OF RADIOWAVES

Other than man made sources of radio waves the main source of radio waves is planets, stars, nebula etc. moon is a good reflector of radio waves. Sun and Jupiter are strong radio sources. Saturn is also a strong source of radio waves. Radio waves come from the constellation of Sagittarius also. From this region for the first time radio waves from space was detected.

CONCLUSION

       

This argument can be ended like this.

When a living being begins its life, it begins to absorb radio energy. It continues to receive this energy as long as it lives.

Following are the two things a living beings life depends on:

·        Inherited genes

·        Radiation energy available when he begins life and when he lives on earth

In the case of inherited genes, the change in spin energy happens to nuclei of the gene in the DNA. Some inherited genes become active based on the change in spin energy. 

The latter case can be explained with an example. Sometimes earth will be in the cone of Jupiter and its satellite, at that time receives radio waves from Jupiter. Radio waves coming from Jupiter can be divided into two, long bursts and short ones. They appear when particular parts of Jupiter are aligned with its moon Io. The emissions are not dispersed in all directions, but flow in the shape of a hollow cone. Earth should be precisely positioned in the narrow edge of the cone to receive radio signals.

This is how the planets and stars influence living beings. By this, we can say that the basic concept of astrology is true, we are interacting with the radio waves from space, That we are part of this universe ….

Exception rule of Neecha Bhang from LK.

Dear Readers,

When we try to understand different system we many times gets hints that for any concept in astrology there has many dimension and way of approach as well as exceptions.
For we all know that Parashara and Phaldeepika clearly defines dictums on Neecha Bhanga yogas. If dispositer of neecha or 7L from neecha planet is in Kendra, neecha bhang happens.

Now lines from page 151, Lal Kitab-42 for Jupiter in 10H.
In Kalpurush Kundli which is basis of LK methology, Jupiter gets neecha in 10H and it bring 'Manda' effects.

"दसवें घर का नीच ब्रहस्पत,४ रवि से चलता है,
खाक से है वोह सोना बनता,४ शनी से गलता है !"

These lines are interesting :
In 10H Jupiter is debilitated and moves with 4th house Sun, than 10H Jupiter will not be malefic person will gain wealth or make gold from ash [khak].

But if Saturn in 4H, gold will be destroyed that will lead to poverty.

It is further written that
"बृहस्पति नं १०, चन्द्र नं ४ तो फकीर को रोटी देकर आशीर्वाद कि जगह जहर देने का इल्जाम मिलेगा !
If jupiter in 10H and moon in 4H, donating food to poor person [fakir also means poor saint represented by Ketu in LK] would result in getting blame of giving poison from fakir itself. Now as per Phaldeepika Moon and Saturn bring neecha bhang but here sun is 4H is bringing neecha bhang. Plz note this.

One more thing is that LK says if Jupiter is with Saturn in 10H, person is very cruel but will be lucky and due to his cruelty wealth will be created.

Uttarayana Dakshinayana of sun

The complete cycle of Sun of one year is equal to one day-night of Deva as per time cycle plan. [Manu Smriti]

Uttarayana or Uttaraayan

This is the time period of six months in Vedic Astrology in which Sun transits through Makar, Kumbha, Meena, Mesh, Vrishav, Mithuna rashis respectively. It starts from 'Makar Sankranti' every year. During this time interval 'Dinmaan' continuously increase every next day & 'Raatrimaan' continuously decrease. Direction of sun rise is seen to be changing from South-East to North-East. In these six months the seasons of 'Shishir', 'Vasant' & 'Greeshma' come one after another for every two months. It is related to day time of Devas.

Dakshinayana or Dakshinaayan 

This is the time of six months in Vedic Astrology in which Sun transits through Karka, Simha, Kanya, Tula, Vrishchika & Dhanu rashis respectively. It starts from 'Karka Sankrati' every year. During this time interval 'Dinmaan' continuously decrease every next day & 'Raatrimaan' continuously increase. Direction of sun rise is seen to be changing from North-East to South-East. In these six months the seasons of 'Varsha', 'Sharad' & 'Hemant' come one after another for every two months.  It is related to night time of Devas. Hence rise of Asuric tendencies. :)

I have found that persons born in Dakshinayana get prosperity earlier than of Uttarayana's born.
The reason is very clear. In Uttarayana dinmaan is increasing and ratrimaan is decrease simply means that their basic instinct is to search of truth primarily, they are moving towards light hence they face many problems at material aspect. First half of life is too much challenging to them.
Whereas in Dakshinaya born people they basic instinct is to get success in material world and focus is there, hence in first half of life they get success easily.

Fritjof Capra on the Unity of All Things, One

The most important characteristic of the Eastern world view - one could almost say the essence of it- is the awareness of the unity and mutual interrelation of all things and events, the experience of all phenomena in the world as manifestations of a basic oneness. All things are seen as interdependent and inseparable parts of this cosmic whole; as different manifestations of the same ultimate reality. (Capra, The Tao of Physics, 1975)

In ordinary life, we are not aware of the unity of all things, but divide the world into separate objects and events. This division is useful and necessary to cope with our everyday environment, but it is not a fundamental feature of reality. It is an abstraction devised by our discriminating and categorising intellect. To believe that our abstract concepts of separate ‘things’ and ‘events’ are realities of nature is an illusion. (Capra, The Tao of Physics, 1975)

The central aim of Eastern mysticism is to experience all the phenomena in the world as manifestations of the same ultimate reality. This reality is seen as the essence of the universe, underlying and unifying the multitude of things and events we observe. The Hindus call it Brahman, The Buddhists Dharmakaya (The Body of Being) or Tathata (Suchness) and the Taoists Tao; each affirming that it transcends our intellectual concepts and defies further explanation. This ultimate essence, however, cannot be separated from its multiple manifestations. It is central to the very nature to manifest itself in myriad forms which come into being and disintegrate, transforming themselves into one another without end. A careful analysis of the process of observation in atomic physics has shown that the subatomic particles have no meaning as isolated entities, but can only be understood as interconnections between the preparation of an experiment and the subsequent measurement. Quantum theory thus reveals a basic oneness of the universe. It shows that we cannot decompose the world into independently existing smallest units. As we penetrate into matter, nature does not show us any isolated ‘basic building blocks’, but rather appears as a complicated web of relations between the various parts of the whole. The ‘this’ is also ‘that’. The ‘that’ is also ‘this’… That the that and the this cease to be opposites is the very essence of the Tao. Only this essence, an axis as it were, is the center of the circle responding to endless changes. Problem of the One and the Many

Both Indian and Greek Philosophy originated from the correct realization that there must be One thing that is common to, and connects, the Many things, and further that Motion (activity, change) was also central to existence.

All things come out of the one, and the one out of all things. (Heraclitus, ~500BC)

Though One, Brahman is the cause of the many.
Brahman is the unborn (aja) in whom all existing things abide.
The One manifests as the many, the formless putting on forms. (Rig Veda ~ 1200 B.C.)

The fundamental problem of the One and the Many (which is at the very heart of human conceptual knowledge of Reality) is the belief that One thing could never be understood with human reason, language and logic, as these require relationships between two or more things;

The problem of the one and the many in metaphysics and theology is insoluble: We have the universe of individuals which is not self-sufficient and in some sense rests on Brahman, but the exact nature of the relation between them is a mystery. … All ordinary human experience is conceptual in nature, i.e. is organized under the categories in which we ordinarily think. However, Brahman is said to be predicateless ( no concepts apply to it): concepts presuppose division, and Brahman is a unity. How, then, is any form of awareness of Brahman possible for human beings? (Collinson, 2000)

The solution to this problem is actually very simple. One Infinite, Eternal Space exists with the properties of a Wave Medium. Thus Motion, as the wave Motion of Space, is the property of Space, and is necessarily connected to Space as it is Space which is moving! And once we have this connection between the One thing Space, and the many things, i.e. matter as the Spherical Wave Motion of Space, then we can in fact form concepts and logic (which require two necessarily connected things, i.e. the wave Motion of Space.)

| ASTROLOGY AND SCIENCE |

Astrology has originated from Vedas (the oldest Hindu books of knowledge) and flourished in ancient India, lakhs of years ago. Its roots cannot be traced, but it was discussed and much regarded by all the great Indian seers like Parashara, Jaimini and others. Astrology is referred to as ‘Jyotish’ , which means ‘related to Light’. But then what is light?

The word light is indicative of knowledge, and darkness is a symbol of ignorance. Astrology lights the path of human beings and provides better guidance in molding their future.

We know that Sun is the principal source of light and heat. The rays of Sun fall on plants and produce food in them by ‘photosynthesis’, which is highly desirable for any plant to grow. Sun is a factor for the entire vegetation to grow on this earth and the animals and human beings are depending on it. Then , is there any surprise if Sun is called ‘soul’ of the universe ? Sun is also referred to as ‘Chakshu’ of the Omnipotent. Chakshu means eyes. With eyes we can be in light. Without eyes we will be in darkness. Hence, Greeks and Egyptians called Sun as god of Astrology.

Light also refers to electro-magnetic waves or energies which are spread all over the world. There are cosmic rays which always penetrate into our earth’s atmosphere and cause disturbances in pressure and temperature on earth. Aeronomy says that tidal ways, floods and cyclones on earth are nothing but effects of reactions between various nuclear particles on the surface of Sun. So Light is most significant in this world.

There is another type of light, the light coming from various planets. This light is called radiation. This radiation always carries different types of energies. This light which comes from various planets and constellations continuously fall on all living beings on earth, since their birth till their death. We know that human brain and nervous system is a thousand times more sensitive than a photographic film. If we expose the photographic film to Sun, it gets spoiled immediately. Then why can’t we accept that the human brain and the nervous are also affected by Sun rays? We are all bathing continuously in an array of different radiations coming from different celestial bodies, and why can’t we say that those radiations will definitely affect our lives?

According to Dr. Percy Seymour [chartered member of the Institute of Physics and Fellow member of the Royal Astronomical Society, Director of the William Day Planetarium and principal lecturer in astronomy at the University of Plymouth], the solar magnetic wind of Sun is influenced by other planets which in turn leads to fluctuations in the earth’s magnetic field. Jane Blizard’s work for NASA showed evidence for heliocentric planetary conjunctions, oppositions, and certain 90° alignments giving rise to violent solar disturbances. Due to this, the fluctuations in the earth’s magnetic field will change from 0.0ci to 2.0ci (ci - International magnetic character figure), as noted by geophysicists. This means earth’s magnetism will change depending on disturbances caused by solar magnetic wind. This change in earth’s magnetism will bring changes in human beings - as observed by Professor Yves Rocard [Laboratory Director of Physics at the Ecole normale superieure in Paris]. Rocard devoted 30 years of his life to the study of the sensitivity of humans to magnetism. He detected reception sites in human body at the arches of the eyebrows, at the back of the skull, at the hollows of the knees, near shoulder blades and under heels. These parts are highly sensitive to magnetism. Scientists also found magnetite in human brain. Thus we can prove that the entire human body responds to planetary influences.

Radiations, light, magnetic fields, gravity etc., from different planets and constellations act upon human beings’ body and mind and there by modify the way they take decisions and thus influence their future – certainly a study is needed to establish this fact, and Astrology does this.

Mr. Arnold Meyer of the British Association for the Advancement of Science, observes that “when the Sun and the Moon are in conjunction they are both concentrating their forces on the same part of the globe at the same time; this accounts for the abnormal conditions... This conjunction does definitely affect a child born during conditions of this nature...”

We know the oceanic waves rise to their zenith on full moon days, and they will become calm on new moon days. This is due to electro-magnetic attraction of Moon on water. When the human being’s body has 65% water content, why there will not be any affect of Moon on him?

A study conducted from 1957 to 1968 in Britain revealed that most of the murders are recorded on full moon days only, thus Moon is influencing some people to lose their mental balance.

Kraft published his ‘Astro-physiologie’ in 1928. There he offers a list of 72 persons who were born at about the same time. All these died at the same age and in a similar way. This cannot be dismissed as mere coincidence.

Donald A. Bradley published an important work called ‘Profession and Birthdate’. It is a statistical analysis of the planetary positions found at the time of birth of 2492 eminent clergymen. He has proved beyond doubt that the planetary positions greatly influence the profession of people.

Varahamihira, Aryabhatta, Bhaskara, Kalyana Varma etc… practiced Astrology along with Astronomy. Varahamihira calculated the distances of planets and gave accurate description of various constellations in the sky in his great work ‘BrihatSamhita’. Aristotle wrote a paper on Palmistry in 350 B.C., in which he clearly describes a lot of subject related to lines of palm.

Even the scientists like Copernicus, Tychobrahe, Kepler, Galileo and Newton have done a lot of work in Astrology.

Just because the modern pseudo scientist did not put a stamp of approval to it, we can not say Astrology is not a science. The science is ever changing , finding new theories and opposing its own doctrines. The scientists once declared that the Sun is revolving around the Earth. After Galileo constructed the telescope, the same scientists said that the Earth is revolving round the Sun. Whether the scientists found it or not, the truth is always same. Probably, the same scientist who is criticizing Astrology today, will hug it tomorrow in reverence.

Vedic medical astrology aligns with Ayurveda in its underlying basic principle correlation and understanding of body.
Ayurveda is called the 'mother of all healing' because it embraces all forms of healing including diets, herbs, bodywork, surgery, psychology and yoga. It accepts anything internally or externally [like weather, stars] that promotes health, well-being and happiness.
 

Ayurveda primarily concerns with the right functioning of gross body [sthula sarir] as well as the impact of subtle [sukshma sarir]  and casual [karana sarir] body as well. It takes account of life forces [Prana] which is connecting to all three bodies.

Ayurveda classifies our life energies into primary biological forces called doshas, meaning 'factors of decay'. These three doshas when out of balance causes problems in body.

First and foremost is a principle of energy, movement or change connected to the wind and the air element called as Vata Dosha, which means 'life-wind'. In physics it is the principle of energy in the universe.

Second it the principle of light , heat or combustion connected to sun and the fire element called as Pitta Dosha, which means 'that which cooks things'. In physics it is the principle of light.

Third is the principle of matter, inertia or preservation connected to moon and the water element called as Kapha Dosha, meaning 'which holds things together'. In physics it is the principle of matter.

The higher forms of these three dosha; Vata, Pitta  & Kapha which signifies 'well being' are Prana, Tejas and Ojas respectively.

The influence of the planets extends to the tissues (Dhatus) of the body as described in Ayurveda .
 
Sushruta Samhita, the major vedic medical text states
" Life-essence  'rasa dhatu ' [or chyle \ plasma  is manufactured from food]  produces blood 'Rakta Dhatu', from blood is produced flesh 'Mamsa Dhatu', from flesh originates fat 'Meda dhatu', which give rises to bones 'Asthi Dhatu'. From bone originates marrow 'Majja Dhatu', which in turn goes to generate semen or ovum'Shukra Dhatu' "
These are seven Dhatus which support the life and body.

I have only outlined the basic structure of Ayurveda which is connected to vedic medical astrology.
The birth chart is like a blue print of the subtle or astral body, the matrix or energy patterns for the physical. Vedic astrology is basically astral science, as this body mediates between the physical and casual body, it helps to understand the other two bodies as well.

Posthumous birth yoga

The Classical combination for posthumous birth is:

Sun is in Dusthana [3,6,8,12] and Lagna is in Pisces or Leo Dwadasamsha (D-12), Native would be posthumous child. [Dr B V Raman]

Amar Aggarwal Ji found following slokas working.

1. BPHS Volume 1 chapter 20 and Sloka 13 give the combination as "the Sun should be in any of Trik Bhava(6,8 or 12) at the same time lord of 6th should be in 5th, lord of 8th in 9th and lord of 12th in ascendant.

2. While "Jaataka Parijat" states in volume one Chapter 13 and Sloka 63 that the Sun be placed in any of 'Dusthana' from natal ascendant or natal Moon at the same time the Sun or the Moon be placed in the Dawadamsha of Leo or Pisces.

Shankar Hedge JI found some slightly different working due to saturn involvement:

If Sun is in 6-8 or 12 in D-1, aspected by Sat in D-9; and D-12 lagna is Leo, Sagi or Piscess, the native will beget a child only after the death of his father, see here native is not posthumous child but he losses his own father before he becomes father” (At least the span of life of father will be less maximum 65 years?)

Now check the percentage of both rules. :)

[ A posthumous birth is a birth of a child after the death of a parent, mainly father in Indian culture.]

3) Bhagavathi Hariharan :this is a chart that was posted in my groups few years back, Oct10, 1967; 12.20PM; kuala lampur (7.30 east of GMT), malayasia. the native was born 10 days after father's death. This does not have the classic combination. The chart was posted on a different context. I tried to look for the combination of posthumus birth, but could not.
