[Vijay Goel] I find it is expansion of R G Rao's nandi nadi concept with ascendent. All nadis has same basic but little bit differet in applications. Much of the basic content is taken from "Core of Nadi Astrology" of Late RG Rao.

नोट - जमीन के कारक का बहुत ध्यान रखना देखना होगा।

मंगल एवम् चन्द्र मंगल  - खेती की जमीन।

बुध - दुकान ओर व्यवशायीक जमीन

शुक्र बना हुआ घर।

बुध शुक्र बना हुआ घर जिसमे दुकान भी हो सकती है।

शनी - बड़ी इंडस्ट्री की जमीन।

राहू। बनजड जमीन। कब्रिस्तान की जमीन।

केतु - मन्दिर की जमीन।

इन कारको का उपयोग एक निश्चित तरीके से होता है।

जेसे मंगल शुक्र राहू  कई मंजिला इमारत(यह योग अच्छे वाहन का भी है)

मंगल मशीन , शुक्र चमकदार luxurious , राहू बड़ा अतः बड़े luxurios वाहन

कर्क का मंगल राहू । जर्जर इमारत।

मकर का मंगल राहू पुरानी बड़ी इमारत।

Above significators are indicative only, these significators changes qualities with other significators. How to use these significations with other significations will be described separately while forecasting horoscope.

अब ग्रह के कारक पर विवेचना हो चुकी है । next अध्याय राशि कारक होगा। जो एक दिन बाद शुरू होगा। तब तक इसे समझे ओर कोई सवाल हो तो निवारण करे
